Between 2019-04-15 17:04:55 UTC and 2019-04-15 17:18:57 UTC we saw significantly elevated error rates from one of our web servers, which negatively impacted the customer ordering experience. We have pulled it out of service and will be investigating the cause, however in the meantime all systems are back to normal operation.
