Between approximately 02:31 and 02:53 UTC on the 12th of June, a small number of head offices will have experienced an outage impacting their storefront and admin console. During this time customers will have been unable to load the storefront and place orders, and clients would have been unable to use the admin console to see or change their settings.

We have deployed a fix for this issue and all head offices and storefronts are now loading correctly.
