We have been informed of an issue with a partner that caused charges made via Mobi2Go Payments between 16:41 April 14 and 16:54 April 15 (UTC) to display on customer card statements with an incorrect descriptor. Impacted charges will display as having been made by "Mobi2go" rather than as your brand. The issue is now resolved, and we have taken steps to mitigate the impact of any re-occurrence.
There was no impact on the platform or on order dispatch. There is nothing you need to do.
