We saw elevated error rates on our web API for a roughly 15 minute period between 01:50 12-12-2018 (UTC) and 02:05 12-12-2018 (UTC). This has now been resolved. This will have resulted in some customers on some head offices having difficulty loading the storefront or placing orders, but it will not have impacted order processing, payments, or dispatch.
