At approximately 2020-05-25 10:50:00 UTC, a stuck process was restored to normal functionality. This unfortunately caused delays for other processes as it cleared its accumulated backlog, so at and around the period of 2020-05-25 10:50:00 UTC to 2020-05-25 13:20:00 UTC a number of scheduled order dispatches were delayed, some quite significantly to the point where dispatch was cancelled as it would have occurred far past expected time.

The process is working normally again, and we are working on a change that will ensure this issue does not re-occur.
