Between 2019-04-02 02:57:00 and 2019-04-02 03:07:00 UTC we experienced elevated dispatch failure rates for some head offices. For the 10 minute window of this issue customers trying to order may have seen a dispatch failure message.

We have identified the issue and implemented a fix. No further issues have been observed and all systems are operating normally.
