We have identified an incident with our dispatching infrastructure at 2018-08-07 20:40 UTC which has caused disconnections for some clients using Mobi2Go Orders for Windows and Mobi2Go Printers.

Orders for Windows clients should have reconnected automatically in most cases, however we recommend that you check your Orders for Windows connectivity state now, and manually restart it if there are any issues remaining.

If your printer is still experiencing issues, please click the 'Force new connection' button from the 'Options' panel which can be accessed from the top right of the screen.
